This townhouse amazing 2 bedroom and 2 bath condominium with 3 lanais is a short walk from the beach. Sweeping views of the ocean and sunset from the lanais and continue on to the West Maui Mountains giving a "front row" setting. Eating breakfast on the lanai brings a tranquil time with gorgeous view of the sunrise and shadows playing over these mountains.

These Maui Kamaole grounds are studded with tropical flowers and palms. Two pools with jacuzzi's offer a relaxing stop after a hard day of ocean kayaking, golf and other sports. Our Maui Kamaole condo offers all the comforts of a home away from home.

Air conditioners fill every room with ceiling fans too. Our nicely decorated unit comes with improvements include new carpeting, drapes, oven, dishwasher, water heater, refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer.

Our well equipped kitchen boasts a garbage disposal, toaster, blender, coffee maker. You'll also find a cd player, and iron/board in the unit for your convenience.

Spacious living and dining areas come with vaulted ceilings and comfortably furnished furniture so one can read several good books. Of course with views of ocean and mountains everywhere it's kind of hard to concentrate on a good story.

Lovely landscaping surrounds the condo keeping the lanai very private. Walkers on the sidewalk can't see you while you eat and take in the views.

The upstairs bedroom is graced with a large dressing area, tub/shower and a lovely lanai (atrium) for a quiet view of the outdoors. The open wall above the kitchen can be closed with doors giving you a private room yet a loft feel.

Yet more wonderful is the cross ventilation making it the most fabulous room in the condo.

On the first floor is the most colorful bedroom with twin beds and plenty of extra storage. Immediately adjacent is a full bath with a tub/shower from the main hall. SEE PHOTOS.

One bedroom units are on the ground floor. Two bedroom condos with lofted ceilings and a "2nd floor" begin a flight up. The buildings are only 2.5 stories tall.

Gas BBQ facilities can be found near each building cluster as well as at both pools and 2 tennis courts are at the top of the property. Grilling here invites a social event with the opportunity to meet other fascinating folk from all over the world who have discovered this bit of paradise.

At the end of the island is an abundance of beaches making them a favorite hang out for whale watching (Dec - March). The ocean and beaches nearby offer activities ranging from sunning, to snorkeling, to surfing and ocean kayaking.

Just across the road is Kamaole III beach park. The Kam III beach is kid-friendly most of the year as the surf doesn’t usually get too rough. Kids love to romp in the waves between making the grand sand castles. The famous beaches of Kam I - Kam III are connected and one can enjoy the longest beach walks on Maui. Just 2 blocks south at the beginning of Wailea, is Keawapkapu beach. Wide white sand stretches, tide pools and the entrance to Wailea's famous 2 mile beachfront board walk can be accessed from this beautiful spot.

Maui Kamaole has been a favorite destination for travelers from all over the world for many years and is considered South Kihei's premier condominium resort. The spacious, colorful grounds optimize open space with 36 low rise buildings in 13 clusters (about 200 condos).

Kihei (pronounced key-hay) is located on the southwest side of the island about 20 minutes from Kahului Airport just north of Wailea and Makena. It is considered the "quiet" side of the island (about 35 minutes from Lahaina and 50 minutes from Kaanapali (west side). Kihei and Wailea are warm in the winter and a bit warmer in the summer with fairly constant tropical breezes, sunny and dry even when the rest of the island may be cloudy or rainy.

Gorgeous Sunset Views

You'll find some excellent, high end restaurants as well as many family style places and even a sports bar – particularly good during “March Madness” within walking distance of the condo . Early mornings the sidewalk along Kihei Road sees plenty of action from serious walkers offering the opportunity to cool off in the nearby ocean parks across the street . Wonderful shops, open air markets, movies, in-line hockey, health clubs are all available in Kihei. In addition, there are lots of excellent golf and water sports (Molokini island is near by for some amazing snorkeling).

For those adventurous folks looking for action beyond Kihei, Wailea and Makena, will want to try a journey to the tropical Hana coast and Seven Pools, visit Haleakala volcano for sunrise, hike the lush Iao Valley or venture to Molokini for snorkeling treats. January through March the whales put on a spectacular show which one can view from the lanai. The World Wind Surfing Championships are often held near the airport in Spreckelsville.
